Danny Betson (b. January 11th 1988, Eastbourne) The 20 year old gets his shot at the Premier League, after returning to Hoddesdon after a year’s absence and a 2007 that netted a 9 ½ point Conference League term with Oxford. Rye supporters still remember 2006’s impressive Conference League record, 5th place in the British U-18 Championship and a remarkable paid 15 blockbuster as a Rocket against Sheffield in the Premier Trophy Semi-Finals.
